What I love about the book Lean Software Development by Mary and Tom Poppendieck is that even it's subtitle is Agile Toolkit, it isn't a such a toolkit that offers ready made solutions. They have written two great books and Implementing Lean Software Development and Lean Software Development - an Agile Toolkit. The best way to get started with Agile Project Management, Agile Coding and Testing Techniques, and Lean Software Development is to buy a couple of good books. This one is given by Mary Poppendieck, author of “Lean Software Development: An Agile Toolkit for Software Development Managers” and “Implementing Lean Software Development“.
